Click Sir, Chief MBTI Expert of Clickin, was invited to Shenzhen Excellence Group to deliver a sharing session on the MBTI Corporate Empowerment Program! We helped tenants in multiple Grade A office buildings of Shenzhen Excellence Group understand the MBTI tool, and combined various cases in work and life to enable them to gain an in-depth understanding of their own MBTI types and get to know their team members mutually. Many middle-level managers of on-site enterprises felt the differences between team members for the first time, which is conducive to more effective corporate management in the future!
